Qnet — Complaint Against QNET Misrepresentation and Request for Full Refund of 10,61,000

I am writing to formally request the immediate cancellation of all products, cancellation of Dinesh Velu, Aarthi S, & IndhuNisha Velu IRship, and a full refund of the total amount paid. I clearly state that I am not interested in continuing with the QNET business.

I would like to bring to your serious attention that my enrolment into QNET was based on misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and unauthorized actions taken by the upline/distributor.

Without informing or taking proper consent from me:
• The upline selected products on my behalf
• They completed my registration on the India portal, but proceeded to purchase products for me and my sister through the Global portal, for my wife they purchased through India portal without explaining the implications or differences
• These actions were done without my knowledge or approval

In my wife’s case, I was asked to choose a product, and based on that discussion, a watch was selected for purchase. However, after understanding the overall approach, pressure tactics, and lack of transparency followed by the upline, we are no longer comfortable continuing any association with this business.

Further, we were misled with assurances that income would be generated within 8 months and were repeatedly asked to “trust blindly.” I was not informed about the refund/return policy or cooling-off period at any stage prior to making payments.

Due to card limitation during registration, I was instructed to transfer money directly to the upline’s account, for which we have complete transaction proof. The total amount paid is approximately ₹10, 61, 000 lakhs, including additional enrolments of my sister and wife under Golden Position sign-ups. I will attach all the payment screenshots of my upline and working upline bank accounts in the payment screenshots.

The products were purchased without my consent or knowledge, and non-disclosure of items being procured, amounting to unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 No:35 of 2019. Hereforth, the total amount of INR 10, 61, 000 (Ten Lac and Sixty-one Thousand only) must be refunded duly.

After enrolment, it became evident that:
• Critical information was deliberately withheld
• Continuous pressure was applied to force additional sign-ups
• The business model and processes were not transparently explained
This experience has caused significant financial and mental distress to me and my family. Under these circumstances, we request QNET to urgently process a full refund, cancel all associated IRships, and confirm the refund status in writing at the earliest.

I expect a reply and action on this.
