Misguided me with wrong information and Hiding the True business nature of Network Marketing

My friend PIYUSH KATHURIA IN 188712 introduced me to this business by hiding information of network
marketing saying it is an E-Commerce business with exclusive and premium products that need to start with a minimum investment of INR 450000.
and in the meeting on zoom, they( Piyush kathuria and Ashish Khetriwal) introduce me to QNET as an eCommerce business and they say that the team will give 21 days’ training and shows big dreams and warn me not to discuss this exclusive offer which is only for some people and the more invest the more I will get and then I increase the amount to INR750000 and transfer the amount to my friend saving account. To start the process, they sent the document for signing and returned it immediately and I did that.
But when I search the internet after two days and come to know the truth and the Bombay high court verdict against this company that they train people to fool others, which I ask about the same to my friend and his friend in zoom meeting for that he says that the supreme court had given the verdict in favor of QNET .and will share the copy of that verdict with me but never shared, and told me for a grand welcome which was a meeting
And again the 2-hour meeting of misleading and asking for preparing 20 contact list of your trustworthy whom you want to join the business
But after some time, I dig the internet then I come to know the truth and more of it the web site of http://www.qnetindia.in/ is blocked by the Ministry of electronics and information Technology under it Act 2000, and applied for the refund and ask the same to my friend for the help the refund as I am in great need but he says it can’t be refunded as it an international transaction. so, I inquired myself and applied for the cancellation of distribution ship and refund the amount on their official mail and with all the related documents which were needed on 3/10/2021(I sign the document on 19/09/2021) but didn’t get any proper response and in the meantime, I get the two-product delivered at my resident and me after some time I return the package through DTDC courier at my own expenses
I request you to look after the matter and help me in getting a refund
