I recently joined this business through a referral. However, the referrer did not fully explain the nature of the business to me. Only now I have understood the real business model, and I am not interested in this type of business.

I was induced to make this payment based on improper and misleading information provided by my referrer and his team. The actual nature of the business model, the process involved, and the utilization of my deposited money were not disclosed to me before my registration. In fact, the company name (QNET) itself was not revealed till I had to sign up.

I'm writing to formally lodge a complaint against QNet regarding a denied refund request for a product I purchased on 4th April 2025 (Reference ID: CE066910).
QNet has rejected my refund request on the grounds that:
1. It was submitted after the 7-day grace period.
2. It was made from an "unregistered" email.
3. I allegedly agreed to their Terms & Conditions.
