Qnet — Qnet-refund request for (ir id:im395472)

I recently joined this business through a referral. However, the referrer did not fully explain the nature of the business to me. Only now I have understood the real business model, and I am not interested in this type of business.

The referral introduced this as an E-commerce business and asked me to invest ₹3, 30, 000, without informing me that it is actually a network marketing model.

Even when I questioned her in the middle about the nature of the business, saying it does not look like an E-commerce platform, she still insisted that I would get success and did not disclose the true business type until the refund period was over.

Additionally, two products were purchased without my knowledge or consent, and I was not informed about these transactions at the time of purchase.

I kindly request a refund of all my money to my bank account, as I sent the amount to a third party’s bank account due to the pressure they put on me.

Please consider this email as my formal refund request and help me receive my refund as soon as possible.

My product details:

1. Order Number: DN[protected]10/2025
Amount: USD 3, 300.00

2. Additional Product Purchased Without My Knowledge: ₹15, 430

Total Amount Paid in INR: ₹3, 30, 000

Looking forward to hear a response from your side.

Thanks & Regards,

Illegal Money Collection – Redline Violation
QNET says “Do not ask prospects to transfer money into personal bank accounts.”
My upline forced me to transfer ₹3, 30, 000 to a personal account, not through QNET eStore.

QNET calls it a business, but the model runs on confusion marketing. They advertise it as “E-commerce, ” yet the real product is not what’s in the cart but the contacts list you’re pushed to build. It starts with promises of “easy income” and ends with writing down 500 names, attending endless meetings, and being pressured to recruit friends and family. Money rarely goes through official channels; instead, it’s routed to personal bank accounts, and when you ask for a refund, you’re suddenly told the “grace period” is over without it ever being explained. Uplines promise lifelong support, but the moment trouble starts, they disappear. In reality, it’s not a business.it’s a system that sells hope and delivers stress.

QNET’s refund process feels like an escape room where the prize is your own money. When they collect payments, there’s no form, no ID check, no selfie—just “trust us.” But the moment you ask for a refund, suddenly you need a complaint form, ID proof, selfies, screenshots, timestamps, and endless patience. They preach “follow the procedure” like it’s sacred, yet completely forget procedures when money is taken late at night into personal bank accounts. Uplines call it “financial freedom, ” while QNET quietly adds, “Monday to Friday only.” In reality, they don’t sell products they sell hope first, paperwork next, and silence at the end.

This is not a new refund request. My original complaint was already submitted through this portal after I realised the misrepresentation and illegal onboarding. I have also updated this case earlier with full details.
QNET is now wrongly treating this as a late request. This case involves misrepresentation, third-party payment, and products purchased without my consent. I again demand immediate refund of ₹3, 30, 000.
