Qnet — Qnet Scam - Misrepresentation by IRs(4.7 lakhs fraud)

My Friend/Upline introduced me to this business without any information of network marketing, instead he said it's a E-Commerce business with 3Lakhs as investment to get the authority.
Even, in the 2nd week, I asked, it's not seems like E-Commerce, but still he insisted you'll get success.
In the 4th week, he pressured me to hot zone my family member, for that I paid 1.7 lakhs, then only I got to know they purchased product instead of getting the authority. Then for this hot zone I applied for refund still it's not in my hand.
