Qnet — Refund is getting delayed

I applied for refund in Qnet before 30 days, and my refund is accepted. After product verification i got refund approval mail on Aug 27, 2020. They replied like this in refund approval mail."Please be informed that your refund process has been completed and sent to finance for further proceeding of payment through Bank transfer as per your request. The Refund amount will hit your bank in 30 working days." But more than 90 working days completed, i didnt get my refund.I have been calling them daily about refund status, they say "It's been forwarded to the concerned (Financial) department and request is under process and this has been on high priority and its escalated". I have medical emergency in my family, for that i had sent mail, still no respnse for that mail. if this refund issue is in high priority, why it has been pending for 2 months.I need my amount as soon as possible due to medical emergency, please help me to get my money back
