Qnet — refund my money and cancellation purchase order

Hi sir/ madam,
Am justine arockiaraj. I was purchased some product from qnet on 11/05/2018. But still not yet received product. Now i have my family problems and my baby suffer from health problems. I have not enough money so refund my money to save my baby. I was called customer care number they say only to send the mail to support. [protected]@qnetindia.in but am send the mail 10 times. They are not response me. So please help me sir to get my money back.
So please help me sir because qnets customer care services not picking a my call also i tried with other number and that number is also switched off or not reachable or call diverted.
