I have been chasing the Qnet support and brainless EVA from the support keeps repeating the same thing that the management has rejected the refund as the purchase has been done in May 2014. I informed that I did not make any purchase and asked them for the receipt and they provided a receipt with some other guy's name mentioned on it for a holiday package. I asked them who made the purchase and the mode of purchase but they sheepishly keep replying the same thing that the refund has been rejected.

I am not getting whats next...I am worried!!! As the support team saying refund can be done only if its within 7 days..
I think the only thing what can be done is ask your Qnet friend for money or raise a complaint against them if they are not willing to give back the money. My cheater friend says that they will give the double amount on completion of three years but that is no use for me. I am not interested to be associated with Qnet in any way.

Guys don't worry you can get the refund if you write the email to qnet support centre. I had registered with qnet through a friend by paying 3.5 lakhs by DD and had bought holiday package. The next day after few presentation I did not wish to continue. So I got in touch with qnet support centre and asked them the procedure for refund. They told me to write an email seeking a refund. I had given my IR ID and payment details along with the mail. Within 5 days my request was processed and they asked my bank account details for refunding the amount.
Please note refund is only possible if the email is written within 30 days of payment or in some cases 7 days of payment. Also make sure to give your pan number, payment details & IR ID. Please ask for IR ID from your friend or relative who referred you. I got my refund within 1.5 months after regular follow up with the support centre.

I am also giving a snapshot of my email communication for you to know that refund is possible. I have purposely hidden the last six digits of CRF number.
