Unfortunately, I was not provided with complete information about the company and the nature of the business before making my payment of 2950 USD. My upline and their team persuaded me without giving full disclosure, and during the welcome session, I realized the actual nature of the business model.
Since then, I have raised a refund request through QNet Support on [27.09.2025], and my registration/order date was [20.09.2025]. The products were also not directly ordered by me, but by my upline, which further makes this case unfair.
Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of 2950 USD.
