Qnet — refund required to me

Hi, recently i joined in q net, at the time of joining they dint informed me that, we get amount only on referral basis, they gave books to be read and etc, by the time notice it took me 28 days, immediately i applied for refund. By viewing with this portal comments. After i wrote an mail they revert no product purchase on given details, and took payment receipts through me. Till now they dint replied.

But finally i would like to say, this is not the way they do business.
