Qnet — regarding refund

Hello all,

this is regarding my previous complaint on Qnet .

I have made the purchase on your portal on 16/aug/2018 19:21:17.

Receipt no: rc10867763

for this i have paid 25, 000 rupees via credit card and 10, 000 rupees on cash to my colleagueand your Qnet representative ( Jagadish Mashetty) . after so much of effort i could able to get the refund which i paid via CC . ( not full amount, they have deducted half amount as tax something they have told) . at least i need my 10, 000 ruppees back ( full amount), could you please help me to get my money ASAP. i have asked him several times, but he is telling it needs to be provided by upper hierarchy peoples . when i said i'll go through cyber complaints, he insisting me to wait for some days, as someone replaced my position, they will give my money it seems (with that new guy's joining fee) . its been so long time now . ( almost a year) . so please help me to get it escalate to Qnet team .

please help me out here .

Any customer, who is not satisfied with the product of the company, once complaint is established as genuine, always has an option of claiming a refund within the stipulated period.

i have paid 31, 000 over card . but there also while refunding you people didn't gave me the whole amount which i paid . at least here please don cheat me and pay me the complete amount which i gave, i don want to give any single penny for your business as charity .
