Hi,
I was recently joined this business with referral to my friend Upline(Upline ID - IN346951, SUSHMITHA K M ). She haven't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. She (uplines ) brain washed me and made me to pay RS.4, 00, 000. During welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time I came to know I was trapped. So I have requested for refund in qnet support today (March 10) and ordered/registered date is (March 01). It product costs totally RS.123, 900. Kindly help on getting my money back.
I recently started the business with the referral of (Vinothkumar & Sushmitha KM) (IR:IN346951). while the referrer didn't explain me fully about the business and just now came to know the real business model. i am not interested in this kind of business.
So i request you to consider this mail as a refund and help me get my refund as soon as possible.

I joined at the time a “Time Magic” event was happening. My upline booked a travel package (Bangalore to Bangkok) on my behalf. However, I did not attend the Bangkok trip, and I have not received the refund for the hotel booking and flight ticket amount.
After attending three business sessions, I understood the business model and informed my upline that I did not want to continue. I clearly communicated that I wished to stop the business. My upline did not explain the refund terms and conditions properly and simply said that refund is “not possible.”
Since the information was unclear, I contacted QNet Customer Support directly. They informed me that:
Refund is possible within 30 days, and
I need to send an email requesting closure.
I followed the procedure exactly as instructed by the support team and submitted the required mail for business closure. I was later informed that the refund amount was processed and sent to my upline’s account, but my upline has still not returned the amount to me.
Therefore, I kindly request your support to resolve this issue and help me receive my refund at the earliest.
I am unable to continue with the business. I kindly request a full 100% refund of investment amount, including the amount related to the Magic Event.
I have invested ₹4, 00, 000 in the business, and all product purchase details and related documents are attached below for your reference.
Kindly review them and process the refund at the earliest, as I am currently facing family-related challenges.
