Qnet — Requesting cancel my IR dealership and refund request

I am Peruma from Tamil Nadu. My IR number is IN134052. I was joined in QNET on 10/06/2022. Without knowing which kind of work we are going do for earning money. I was purchased product by using USD product as "Silver club membership". They told me in India each product starting price is more than 3 Lakh. In New Zealand is having very less than three lakh. So I told ok to purchase this product. But I don't if we purchase any product in USD that refund period is 7 days. Now only I understood which kind of work we need to do here. First 7 days they told me to read books and video then u can understand which kind of work your going to do here. 6th day night I was raised the refund request to qnet indian support. 7 th day They replied your not purchased any product in India so raise the request to global support. I was raised the refund request to global support with my IR detail. I didn't received any response till night 9 PM IST. So again I was raised the request to global team with my IR number along with my ID proof at 17/06/2022 9.40 PM IST. I received the reply from global support 20/06/2022 Your 7th day request without ID proof so that request is invalid. and as per the hong kong time we received your refund request with ID proof but cool off period is completed so unable to proceed your refund request. I am not happy with that product now. I don't want to continue the IR dealership. Before joining this business they told my we need to create one module like Flipkhart. Still now they are not provided my correct detail about this work.
Kindly help me to get my money back and cancel my dealership. For this business starting I got the loan from Bank.
