I have been misguided and cheated into qnet business by Sailesh shankar Ojha(Distributor ID - IN465083) and his uplines into this qnet fraud business.
HE hasn't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. He and his up lines brainwashed me, came to my home and kept harassing till i made me to pay RS.600000(altogether). During the welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time I came to know I was trapped.Since then, I have been fighting and raised many complaints in other consumer forums against him and his uplines.
A complain has also been registered in consumersathi against him with case id no. #C71686.I have submitted all the proofs aginst him.
I stopped attending the trainings as they are mostly involved in tricks to scam others in joining the business.I stopped contacting him as had already made plans to use me to scam my family members and friends .The guy has scammed more than 100 middle class people in chennai and continuing to do so since last 7 years.
As per Government law, Consumer Protection Act 1986 and Consumer Protection Act 2019, kindly help with getting my money back.

Even After investiment, after when the refund period is over only he's telling me the nature of this business.
He never told me about refund process before .
When I'm asking him only he's telling no i can't do it ... refund time is already over like that .
When purchasing itself i asked my address is wrong it was mentioned as new zealand address, but that time also he did not give me any information .
He just keep on fooling me .
I purchased only a tripsavr package i did not use it and I'm not going to use it also .
I'm continuously mailing to the company support center but there is no proper response.
So i kindly request the honorable ministry to take action against the company . And please help me with the refund process.
