Qnet — Upline Cheated-Want to refund money back

Respected Sir, I am an IR of Qnet Infinty team. I have started business from December, 2022. When I started business my working upline was Minakshi Banik and CTC upline was Batakrishna Sahu. My working upline tried to impress me gradually by giving some information about the business but never told that this is network marketing or MLM. She only told that this is E-commerce Global Business Project. At first I was impressed about this business by hearing from her that this is a platform from where I can earn 3-4 CR. within 4-5 years by following proper SOP but didnt tell what is the SOP or what to do in this business. Before signing me up she just showed the business moel and told about the company but never told exactly what to do. First I trusted her because she was my college friend and I couldnt get her intension and gave 1.54Lac to her. For arranging this amount I had to take loan. She purchased a QVI TRIPSAVR product and some RSP product by this amount. Since, I didnt know about the SOP of the business before sign up I want to refund my mony back. Otherwise, I will file a complain against Qnet also to the consumer forum
