Qnet — Upline(Referral) misguide about the business

Hi,

My referral misguides about the business and came to know the real business model.

I was recently joined this business with referral to my friend Upline (HE591513). He misguide me as per his upline guidelines(Satya ranjan das, Senthil & Ayyappan) in the name of Infinity. They made me to pay USD$.6310 (Rs.5 Lakh) & USD$ 1900 (Rs. 1.5 Lakh). I attended multiple session and raised concern with them, but they keep on convincing me. After understanding their process by that time, I came to know I was trapped. So, I have requested for refund in Qnet support today (27-Dec-2021) and registered (3-Dec-2021)/ ordered(3-Dec-2021) date is as follow

My IR: IN126753 & Paid amount: USD$ 6310 (Rs. ~5 Lakh)- registered (3-Dec-2021)/ ordered(3-Dec-2021)

My wife IR: IN520342 & Paid amount: USD$ 1900 (Rs. 1.5 Lakh) registered (17-Dec-2021)/ ordered(17-Dec-2021)

Also, products that was not directly ordered by me and it was done by my Upline). It totally costs RS. 6.5 Lakh(USD$ 8210) .
Myself and my wife are not interested in this kind of business.
Now I'm asking my friend to return back my money. But he replied that refund policy date over. I need the complete Amount invested back. Kindly help on getting my money back.
