Qnet — Wrong information my friend upline mlm business

I am writing to formally request the cancellation of my order and a full refund of ₹121, 300 for the order placed on 21 May 2026.

I joined QNET based on the information provided by my friend. However, my friend did not clearly inform or explain to me the complete details regarding the business, payment, and product purchase before I made the payment.

I was also not provided with the product purchase receipt, and I have not received the product related to this order. I therefore do not have the product or purchase receipt with me.

After considering the situation, I have decided that I do not wish to continue with QNET. Since I have not received the product or the purchase receipt, I request QNET to cancel my order and refund the full amount of ₹121, 300 that I paid.

Please treat this email as my formal cancellation and refund request. I request you to acknowledge my request in writing and confirm the process and expected timeline for refunding my amount.

I am ready to provide any necessary information required to verify the transaction and process the cancellation.

I kindly request you to process my cancellation and refund at the earliest.
