I ordered an iphone6 cover from Qrioh.com site and thepayment completed successfully but the merchandise is still saying payment is pending.. They are not responding over emails and whatsapp. I verified payment was successful through PayU biz aswell but still the company is not responding. Please help

We have been trying to resolve the issue with PayU. They are saying that the payment has been received by them but we have not received the payment from them. We are willing to resolve this by end of day today itself. Our team has been in touch with you and you will receive a solution from us before 5pm today.

We have resolved the issue for you. The problem was that the transaction was made on 27th November but the PayU mail showed the success date as 30/11/2015. This is the reason we were not able to track the transaction clearly.
We at Qrioh.com confirm that we have received your payment and will be dispatching your order today itself. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. In order to compensate for the issue, we will disaptch your cover with expedited shipping for free so that you receive it ASAP.

But from past 15 days such product not delivered to me, When I asked to Qrioh support team they are not responding to my email. Till now I have sent 3-4 mails but Its look like all customer care/support team are sleeping.
No idea when I will get my product, if they are not going to deliver it to me then they have to refund complete amount to my bank account.
