I have ordered this phone a week ago. It is totally a waste of money. I watched the ad on dainik jagran. I got it in rs.2849. It is neither full touch screen and a very small phone of a local company of china cyhh.in newspaper it was shown that it is same like samsung galaxy s7. But now we think we are cheated. I just want to return or exchange this phone because it is of no use.àqs hot deals is totally a fraud company and named division of rajnish hot deals. This company should be banned and i don't know why reputed newspaper like dainik is showing its ad. Customer helpline is [protected] and [protected] but these frauds are not picking my phone and when picked, they are talking rudelessly. I have lost all my pocket money on this worst phone. Pls help. I Arun purchased a mobile from rajnish hot deal on 28th oct. By add published in Rajasthan patrika, I found it used and old and customer care also not responsing to my phone's.

Same thing happened with me. They put up a picture of Samsung Galaxy s7 but delivered a cheap phone. When I called customer care and said I want to return, they said there's no return for the mobile. And, in the paper the frauds have carefully mentioned only 'Galaxy s7' and not the name of Samsung but I found other phone "kotek k1", so they said, "we have not said that we are selling Samsung to you".
Feeling so horrible and guilty for believing the ad since it was in a reputed newspaper. I have decided to stop doing online shopping from now on. Such a Waste of hard earned money. These cheats should be punished accordingly or else the public should be made aware of these people from QC Hot Deal

I have order a smart phone 4G full touch Galaxy M8, product code 967 after seeing the ad. in marathi newspaper navakal but i received a mobile from QS HOT DEALS a very cheap mobile phone which is of no use. I got a number from their company for complain ([protected] Ms. Pooja) but she picked it up once and said she will delivered another mobile within two / three days after that she is not picking up the phone and not received the another mobile. that means i have lost my money. it is a [censored] advertisement
