I brought a wrong information from your company and l orderd a mobile phone from your company when I open I have seen their is no galaxy s7 in this box as per you inform me in pramaye news paper page-5 kindly takes step about my complain please return my money back

I had seen an ad given in reputed news paper Samna for Galaxy m8 mobile and I also placed the order on the number printed on it . I received the order on Jan 21 2018 through cash memo no 1120. but the mobile was not the same I had in the ad and order but instead it was a very small and useless G5 mobile. But I phoned and complained on the number they printed but no body is ready to answer properly. I am cheated by this fraud QS Hot deals company. They are cheaters. Please help me . i have attached picture of the ad. Cash memo. The mobile I received.

Indian consumer forum please help me, i was ruthlessly hot deals pvt ltd, sir/madam a well reputed kannada news paper vijaya kannada advertisement on behalf of qs hot deals were selling galaxy s-7 cost rs 2848.00 along with so many gift items also but when i received sealed cover through the parcel service and the product they are sent a ginger china set only and no other gift items also and there value in the market is only below 1000/- (One thousand) only and put inside the packet old connector and old nokia battery and no ring tune also then i found myself i cheated. So i request indian consumer forum please help me and return my cash. Your kind and needful action in this regard is highly solicited

I have recently received this ginger g5001mate 7 but wifi is not getting connected to it, nor i am able to transfer anything through bluetooth, i called the complaint number but they only received once and asked me to reset the phone, even after that the phone is not connecting to wifi, even the play store is not functioning nor i am able to download any app inspyte of inserting 8gb memory card, kindly look into the matter pls

This complaint is on behalf of the lady in the housekeeping division my office.

Few days back, her son ordered 3 mobile phones from qs hot deals. He was promised samsung smartphone at 2500 rupees each. But the phones delivered were of a local chinese brand and of very bad quality... With only 3 month warranty! All in all she lost 6900 rupees.

Now, when she's trying to contact them... Nobody's receiving the call on the number provided on the bill ([protected]). There's no address on the company's bill either.

Lot of other consumers have been tricked by this fraud company. Would request you to search the company and take strict action against them.

Sir/madam, i am college student belonging from poor-middle-class family..!
in 28th june, 2017, a well reputed newspaper " prabat khabar " of eastern part of india, has pusblished a advertisement behalf of qs hot deals, in page no. 9, business page's downward side, claiming that they were selling samsung galaxy j7 made in vietnam, cost rs 2649/- + shipping rs.349/- extra, = total cost rs 3049. When i enquired about these product, they assured me, that it was 100% genuine, then i placed my order from kolkata, in same day only from my savings...! but when i received the package, i found that it was chinese handset named galaxy j7 by strawberry company, and when i called them, they were not replying me..! then i found myself cheated...!

The product that you have delivered is not working properly and it's 1st slot of sim doesn't work and not even supporting 4g data connection.
Although, the 4g symbol has been given in the mobile box, which means it will be featuring 4g network but in actually it doesn't possess.

I have ordered this phone a week ago. It is totally a waste of money. I watched the ad on dainik jagran. I got it in rs.2849. It is neither full touch screen and a very small phone of a local company of china cyhh.in newspaper it was shown that it is same like samsung galaxy s7. But now we think we are cheated. I just want to return or exchange this phone because it is of no use.àqs hot deals is totally a fraud company and named division of rajnish hot deals. This company should be banned and i don't know why reputed newspaper like dainik is showing its ad. Customer helpline is [protected] and [protected] but these frauds are not picking my phone and when picked, they are talking rudelessly. I have lost all my pocket money on this worst phone. Pls help.

My mother ordered a galaxy note 4 mobile phone on 12th of March based on advertisement in Punjab Kesari The Company claimed full touch screen and with that some free gift items (Flip cover, five pin charger, wrist watch, head phone etc). But we received only one small phone named Note 4. When we called on their customer care they said they will look into this. After several calls, nobody come to refund the money or exchange the phone. In fact they started to talk rudely and hang the phone. By this we realised we got cheated. I am surprised how can Punjab Kesari publish such advertisement without screening the company.

This website is very worst.they giving us product which was not orderd..they told us that phone is 4g but the phone is used and not 4g suppported.. when i called them they r responsing very badly...i m requesting to the public please dont buy any prodct from this website...my mistake is iwas not recorded that call..they r very liers...that phone is not charging when i m connecting with the electricity with the charger., .. very busted types persons r there in this (QS HOTDEALS) website...they r thief... they r fraud...

The Company claimed full touch screen and with that some free gift items (Purse, Sun glasses, Watch etc). But we received only one small phone named DISKO. When we called on their customer care they said they will look into this. After several calls, nobody come to refund the money or exchange the phone. In fact they started to talk rudely and hang the phone. By this we realised we got cheated. I am surprised how can Dainik Jaagran publish such advertisement without screening the company.
