Please disconnect my combo connection immediately as nobody bothers our complaint. Not providing credit for the period of non-functioning. Your local office not functioning properly. Not encashing our loyalty points. I am highly harrassed & suffered a loss due to the non-functioing of the internet. Kindly get the needful done immediately & oblige.
