Quickjobzz — Unethical Behaviour & No option to get the payment refund

Hi,
I received a call from quickbuzz yesterday around 12.30 pm saying that they have forwarded my resume to couple of companies and is shortlisted by them. They said that they have tie up with them and would provide further information and arrange for interview once I paid them the registration charge of Rs.5495/-. When we enquired that how long it is and is it the final amount, they said that it does not expire and they will not ask for any other amount. But, after paying that, he said that his another person would call and provide me with the other details. But when that person called me, he guided me into quickjobzz website asking me to click the links whatever that is showing, explaining to me about it. There he persuaded me to pay another 20000/- for 2 months.
That is when I backed off, and told him to call @ 6pm yesterday, but they did not get back yesterday @ 6pm.
Today around 6.30 pm, I received a mail, stating that they called me but could not reach me. When I verified my mobile, I found that it was from some other number and not the same as he called yesterday.
And around 6.37 pm, a mail of "Service Acknowledgement agreement" came from him stating that if I want to cancel the service, I have to do it before 24hrs from the date of purchase to their given email id.
As we can see that this mail is received clearly after 24 hrs from the time I paid the registration fees.

When I saw the mail around 7.30 pm, I tried replying asking for the cancellation of the service and refund of the amount to all his mentioned email ids to which he asked to reply back. But all those replies bounced back.
Also no calls are going when I tried their given toll free number or the other numbers.
Hence do not know how to get my refund of the amount of Rs.5495/-. Request your resolution to get me the refund amount
