I want to complain against quikr for 5 seat sofa i purchased through their doorstep service/feature.

I purchased it on 20th if march 2017 & on the same day seller cancelled the order. I paid 5854 rs to quikr for the item. Once cancelled i was told by their representative that i will get my money in next 4 to 7 business days, since then i am calling in their helpline number & they are giving me new dates. Every time i call they are explaining me a new problem and till now i have not received my money back.

For reference ad id was[protected] & transaction id was [protected].

I request you to please help me in getting my money back.

Updated by AnkurSh I am not sure that whether I will get my money back or not. Its 5872 Rs. So whoever is reading this, please don't buy anything from this website. Else you are not going to get anything, neither product nor the money.
