[Resolved] Quikr — 5 seat sofa i purchased through their doorstep, payment issue | |||||
Hi I want to complain against quikr for 5 seat sofa i purchased through their doorstep service/feature. I purchased it on 20th if march 2017 & on the same day seller cancelled the order. I paid 5854 rs to quikr for the item. Once cancelled i was told by their representative that i will get my money in next 4 to 7 business days, since then i am calling in their helpline number & they are giving me new dates. Every time i call they are explaining me a new problem and till now i have not received my money back. For reference ad id was[protected] & transaction id was [protected].
