Advertised on Quikr for 15, 000₹ and by the name of refundable GST of 25000₹ and stamp of 10, 000₹ along with another charges in total of 70, 000₹. As per Deepanshu the refund was to be doneover the call with immediate effect and ended up with transferring issue due to down server.
