Addressed to quikr
It is with utmost frustration and disgust i'm writing this mail regarding my order of a study table with ad id[protected].
The product was supposed to be delivered between 4-6 p. M. On the 5th of october. It wasn't delivered, infact, i didn't even receive a call during the scheduled time.
Since that day, i have tried calling and getting it rescheduled atleast 20 times with no reply from your end.
Today i got a call and the person who called said he will deliver at a time i'm not available and so he took the product to be "rejected" by me. I'm still trying to get in touch over the customer care and they are just hanging up on me or just putting me on hold forever.
So now i stand with no study table and no refund and no clue.
Is this the kind of business you run? Is this what professionalism means to you? Is this how you treat customers who trust in you and have bought multiple items in the past and look up to quikr every time something needs bought?
