Quikr — About one fraud service provider on quikr

With the above name one service provider is cheating people through quiker.
I am Kavita and I am from Mathura.
I am in need of a baby sitter for my baby, so I searched it on quikr, I found the above service provider, when I called him, he asked me for advance, at first I refused but then I am in urgent need of baby sitter so I sent him only 500rs. as advance though he was asking for more. After getting the money, he has not responded to my calls, and has not provided me with any maid/baby sitter.
It is not the matter of 500rs, It is the matter of trust and self respect, how can someone play with the need and emotions of the customer.
I don't know with how many people he has done the same thing.
It is requested to you to take strict action against this. Because such people are SPOILING QUIKR NAME TOO.
I am attaching the images he has sent to me on whatsapp and payment proof too.
Kindly take strict action on this please, so that he will not able to cheat any one else.
