I posted an ad for my mobile phone on quikr application
Immediately got calls from 4 different sales executives to sell me premium ads

Following commitments were made
1. Convenience fee will be waived off. It didn't. Image attached.
2. I will get rs.[protected] thousand extra for my listing as the sales rep will personally connect with buyer team and scout for buyers

I was sold premium ad for rs. 1000 so that i will be saving rs 700 in convenience fee and the effective cost of premium ad becomes rs. 300

I was sold 2 adcredit's when i really needed one.
The 2nd adcredit got used up automatically as i was making another listing on quikr app which is full of bugs

All these promises were fake and the costing of adcredits as well.
1 adcredit costs rs 164 and 10 adcredit's cost rs 984 (Images attached)

The promises made are written nowhere and are clearly fake.

Contacted customer care 3 times without a response.

The sales representative even told me that customer support will ignore your mail and there is no use.

I have wasted rs 1000 for a product that costs rs 164.
Besides, in 6 days i have got 0 offers on top of the false promises made.

4 sales reps calling in 1 minute shows desperation of quikr to sell their premium ads with false promises.
At one point i put was on hold with a sales rep only to attend another call from quikr sales. Different sales team.

This is extremely unethical and a mockery of consumers.

6 days after the complaint and i have not been contacted once but i have mails that assure me a callback in 24 hours.
