And been trying to contact a lot of people for the refund for past 3 months but nobody is been helping. Attached is bank statement

I too have complaint. You may seek remedy through 1) Consumer forum, which will be locally available. Along with damages and cost. A Simple and less expensive method. Quickr is thoroughly bad in my experience too. I have to claim Rs.25000.-
