Hi quikr doorstep, I ordered below lcd tv which arrived with display glass broken which happened in transit. I want to initiate an refund for this transaction. Seller had sent me detailed pics before shipping which is also present in the ad stating it had some card issue causing blurred images but display glass was perfectly fine but the lcd tv when arrived had the lcd display cracked and it has happened during transit. I am attaching before and after images of shipping, including packaging images. I also received confiramation call from quikr personal at time of pickup of item from seller premises confirming the mirror image issue and no crack on display of the lcd tv, he also sent me pics of the packaging done before shipping. they gave me SLA was next date.. bt 6 days is completed but no confimation call and no one came to your side to attend the product..
how many days to confirm the product.. they will come or not..
