[Resolved] Quikr — ad id :[protected] | |||
I made payment for subject ad id on 30th april 2018 (Monday) & delivery was scheduled on 1st may 2018 (Tuesday) but it didn't arrive on 1st. On 3rd i called up quikr customer service to check the status and they said there are 2 item's so me & seller both have to pay more inr 600+ only then they will be delivering the product and to make the payment they will be sending me the link, but till 4th may 2018 afternoon me / seller didn't receive any link. We called up quikr customer again and finally we received the link and we both made the payment on 4th may 2018. Post that the pickup was scheduled on 5th may 2018 between 6pm to 8pm, again to our surprise the delivery got rescheduled without any further update yet. From yesterday the update which i get is that wait for 30 minutes we will check with the seller and get back to you in 30 minutes but nobody turns up with any update... Finally i had to get in touch with the seller directly and from seller i got to understand that even she is facing same problems with quikr team, it not seller but it is quikr who is rescheduling the pick ups. From yesterday evening i have been talking to seller almost every hour but quikr team is not able to get in touch with the seller i don't know why... Was this information helpful? | |||
