I was told I would get the refund within 10 days it's been more than 10 days ..this has been so far been worst experience with Quikr where it's more than a month since I had cancelled my order by refund hadn't been intiated.
I don't get a proper response from the Quikr team literally I have to follow up on this site and told it would be taken care post which no action is taken

Hi, we have successfully initiated the refund for the advertisement ID:[protected] on 03rd Jan 2022. Typically, this amount is credited to the respective account within 5-7 business days post-initiation.

I was told I would get the refund within 10 days, it's 21st of Dec now still no sign of refund and no proper response.i was told technical issue is it there for a month now
