Hi, I had remitted Rs.699/- on 1st of February (9.32 pm) thru' bank for publishing an ad for renting out my own villa. But so far the ad is not yet released. I contacted your sales people thru' phone and they are not able to answer my querry. and asked for more money. Since the ad is not yet released, I request that the monies may be immediately refunded. (Please not that I had registered a complaint on 2nd February in this regard and you have acknowledged. Please refund the money forthwith, so that I need not proceed further.
