I had book a advertisement on your portal for delhi ncr for my courier and cargo business in gurugram (Hr), through your employee mr. Rahul kumar upadhyay (Sr. Key account manager) mob: - [protected] and email - rahulkumar. [protected]@quikr.co.in, and paid rs. 32000/- (Rs. 16000/- rtgs and rs. 16000/- cash), for 1 year subscription in name of mail-kart, in month of september 2017. He assure us that daily 5-7 inquiries will reflect in your account, in starting days or 2 months inquiries we had received sms in alternate basis or 2-3 days gap we have receive so and so person required service kindly contact on that no. Now before 2 months we have not received any sms or communication for that, then we were call to your manager mr. Rahul he told us that something wrong in your ad i will chk and confirm after that nothing receive from him. We had no response from him, before a week or two week i had call him he said that you will book our booking ad which cost is arround 90000/- for a yr. Pls suggest what can we will do for that because our money is not receive for misleading some one. Kindly look in the matter and confirm other wise we will loge a complained against your employee along with your company for misleading and forgery.
