Dear team, This is regarding my advertisement no[protected], where quickr has taken the material from us on august 14, 2017 but still we have not received our payment, when we asked from the buyer for the payment to quikr, we came to know that she had already paid the same on august 13, 2017 to the company. Earlier, we have been committed by quikr that the payment term is 24-48 hrs but it seems they are giving false committment to the customer. Today, we got a shock after speaking with a customer care executive and the gentlemen name was satish, who is saying that as per company it takes 4-7 working days in making payment to the customer after the shipment to the buyer. When we asked him about the escalation matrix then first he told that he is final authority to talk on this but when we asked him, how it is possible In such a reputed in big organisation, only the customer care executive is the only person then he said that the manager is not there.
