[Resolved] Quikr — amount not getting refund despite quikr not able to provide the service

Hi team,

I availed rto service from quikr for transferring my registration number from m. P. To maharashtra. I pre paid the entire amount of 14987. However, they were unable to provide me the service.

Now its been more than one and a half months and they have not refunded the amount despite assuring that it takes 10 to 12 working days to refund and despite making several requests.

I made payment through transaction id: oct398q.

Kindly look into the issue.

I received no refund yesterday(11.12.2017) as mentioned by the Quikr team in the mail I received from Mr Renuka Prasad from Quikr.
