Greetings!!! Dear Quikr, This is with reference to you mail regarding refund amount, till now the amount has not be credited back to my account. I have booked to purchase a dinning table from chennai, after confirming with your executive, I have made a advance payment of Rs 1000 for AD[protected], and I have been provided with a invoice. Very next day itself your executive contacted and tf the order is getting cancelled due to shipping issue, if not possible why your executive give me false surity, I have send several mail for the refund amount, every time you are cheating me with provide false statement that you have made the payment and a screenshot which is not at all viewable. I tried to reach your team through voice and executive has called me, while speaking with him regarding this issue he asked to wait for a minute and disconnected the line. Are you not ashamed to cheat people and looting there money. I challenge to show me the credited refund in my account. If you people are not refunding my money I will forced to take legal actions.
