Order id[protected]
I had ordered a quikr assured iphone 8 plus which i received on 1st of may, the phone was defective (Camera was not working and the speakers as well and a full charge lasted only for 4 hours).
I asked for replacement which was initiated on 7th of may.
Its 27th may today but i have not still received my replacement order yet.
The whole phone cost me ₹43000, there is no option for refund and i don't know whether i'll be getting the phone or not.
I tried calling quikr services, nobody answered neither did they reply to my emails regarding the replacement.
Its about to be one month now but i have not got the phone back and there is no refund option as well, i spent ₹43000 for that piece of crap. Was this information helpful? |
