[Resolved] Quikr — at home diva refund issue fraud | |||
Disguisting services, Please note i am a registered member of at home diva since a year, but regret to note today when i called customer care for booking i was been informed you guys no longer provide services to my registered area. Noteworthy here is the fact that at same address every time almoat more than 3 times i have availed services from you and at the time of registration i was assured that the same will continue to be provided and for the time being due to technical glitch i need to book via mobile. On this assurance i registered and paid 4000/-, and you guys have committed to refund in case of any issue from your end. Every time due to your technical issue i booked over call. But since now you guys have shown this irresponsible behavior i am left with no option but to claim my refund. I have 2967/- rupees in my at home diva account, kindly refund me asap. I am following up for this issue since 3 weeks but no revert, now their app is not working and also their customer care is not responding. How can these companies cheat us so openly. Why is consumer forum not giving them a tough time. Quikr even is missing. Who issues such companies registration to do business? Why cant you guys do background check on business units??
