Quikr — athomediva refund money from wallet

The athomediva services has been discontinued in my locality. However, I had recharged the wallet with lumpsum and my money is still in the wallet. The unprofessional behaviour by the quicker and athomediva is unacceptable. Even my repetitive calls and emails to their customer care, I have received no update or refund yet. While offering services, they used to repeatedly call and now no response from them. Kindly do the needful.

The refund has not been processed yet. The email Id provided is an automated one and sends the same response. Can you please tell me by what day should I expect the refund in my account?
