Quikr — athomediva refund money from wallet

The athomediva services has been discontinued in my locality. However, I had recharged the wallet with lumpsum and my money is still in the wallet. The unprofessional behaviour by the quicker and athomediva is unacceptable. Even my repetitive calls and emails to their customer care, I have received no update or refund yet.
