[Resolved] Quikr — athomediva services are shut, no refund of my wallet money yet | |||
The app athomediva by quikr is not working for me. Firstly it displayed that there are some technical issues with the app which is temporary. Now it says services are discontinued in my area. I have dropped several mails to the team. There is no reply. I need refund of my wallet money asap. This unprofessional behaviour by them is seriously unacceptable. I have an At-home-diva account and I have been using the services from quite some time.
Now it seems the service is closed and I am not able to reach customer care also. I have 9, 000 Rs balance in my account and I would like a refund.
