Hello, I am Subhashish Mondal. A few days back I bought a graphics card from a seller named Manish Sharma. But when I got that product & test it, I found that it was damaged. I have paid him through one of my friend due to unavailability of my free time. After I got that faulty product when I called to him, his mobile was switch off for many days & then he put my no. in reject list. As far as I know he live in Kolkata near A.J.C. Bose Road & his contact no. is [protected]. I never complaint against him but when I found that someone already have posted a complaint here so I just wanna joint them to somehow caught the culprit. Hope the consumer complaint forum will caught the culprit & make him punish for which he'll never cheat with anyone.

I have done a purchase and paid the money online for a mobile phone through quikr on 17.06.2015 but as the seller is not available after the purchase, I asked the customer executives to cancel my order. As I do regular follow-ups to your office and also customer care through phone and mail regarding the “Cancellation of the online purchase made for the Ad[protected]” (Transaction ID: [protected]), refund amount of Rs.17, 000 I didn’t receive the money till date. Every time I call to the customer care, the reply I got is that I’ll get a call back, but even after 15-20 times I got the same reply from the customer care executives but no call back At last on 21.06.2015 I got a call after raising a complaint on AKOSHA. The executive said that my money is processed and I will receive it in max of 10 working days just through call. I asked for a mail or sms confirmation for the same, but I didn’t get any. After that I again called back Quikr Bangalore on 23.06.2015 asking for the same, but this time after lots of confusions the person SOFIA who took the call accepted that it was their mistake and told the same that my money will be refunded but they couldn’t provide any confirmation. I waited for another week and got back to them on 29.06.2015 asking the same, they forwarded to the escalation team who confidently told me that 30.06.2015 is the 10th working day mentioned for the processing of refund, and I will receive it at any cost. But till now I did not get the refund nor a confirmation regarding this or any follow ups. Even today (02July2015), i called them and the bangalore quikr office MANAGER MANJU said sorry and told me that they will get back to me in 5 mins, but they didn't. I tried calling them the whole day, but no response. I am totally frustrated with QUIKR.


I have already registered a complaint to National Consumer HelpLine on 01.07.2015 with the complaint number[protected] as I am not getting any proper reply nor the refund of my money even after approximately 2 weeks.

Few days back i used your website for pg accomodation search in delhi.i trusted ur website and shared my contact no [protected] on quikr.But now i am getting calls for BODY massage and what not rubbish. I am getting mental torture from calls.Pls remove my no. immediately from your site, so that no one can see that .Also explain if i have shared my no. for pg accomodation, then how can i get calls for body massage.

Hi Sir, On 15th May 2015, a sales representative by the name Swapneal sold me a premium ad pack for 2202 rupees using fake commitment. I sell telemarketing leads o[censored]SA customers and he told me it is fine and he said we will help you post your ad. So I paid the money - rs. 2202 rupee upfront! Now after this, one guy called Prashant Gaikwad called me and when I told him what kind of ad I want to post, he said "No sir, such kind of ads postings are not allowed!!" I told him find then refund my money, he said ok I will try!! Since then I have emailed them so MANY times and called them about my grievance and unfortunately NO ONE is helping me. Today a lady called Ashifa Mehmuda from Quikr called and she finally gave me the answer that "We do not refund Premuim pack ads" !! How convinient of them!! First do fake commitment to customer and then rob them off their HARD Earned money and then Have a NO REFUND policy!! How cool..PLEASE FOR GOD'S SAKE I WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK. I have all the emails as proof and all call recordings as proof.

Using my failed transaction amount Rs 797/- to convert my deleted free ad to premium ad istead of deleting. I posted free ad. After that i modified and tried to convert to premium ad, but Rs 797/- transaction failed. Again i transfered Rs797/- this tansaction successfully completed. Immediately i deleted free ad, But quikr not removed my ad in their site immediately i talk to customercare Mumbai.(Hyderabad customer care never lifted my calls.).They told me by evening they remove my free ad and gave me Chennai number and asked to comtact them to get back my failed Rs 797/- and i sent mail to [protected]@gmail.com. After all this on 23 rd they converted my deleted ad to premium ad with my failed transaction moneyRs797/-. As a proof i attached 2 files.Customer id is old one to 23rd ad and latest to 17 th ad. Next both ads are same except 2 photos. Given this mail: Quikr Premium Services 11:00 AM (22 hours ago) to me Dear User, Thank you for writing in. As per the policy, Once the ad is posted it cannot be re-posted, refunded or transferred to some other ad. Do revert for more details. Regards, Team Quikr.

I received mail from quikr that go for premium adds and get 6x respones.So i had chosen premium add for my laptop then also i had not received a single call for this product and showing 6 views only which was before premium add in quikr app.When i contacted them regarding this they told that we don't give guarantee for this.Quikr is making money by fooling peoples of india in name premium adds..Please do not buy premium adds they making fool.

Hi, I have paid for one of the product in quikr on 22nd. After that I got a call from them saying, I will get the product by 23rd. After that I have not received any call or status of the order and I had called the customer support 8 times. They are giving the generic reply saying "within one hour you will get the call" or " we will contact you soon". I am not getting the call or replies to the mail. I have asked them to refund the money back but theyare saying it will take 10 days to refund. I have got frustrated and please help me to solve this as soon as possible. Greetings from Hyderabad! I am Anupama working in ICRISAT. Recently my son searched for Xbox1 in Quikr and found dealer Mr.Alex from Frys electronics (mobile no. [protected]) . The dealer agreed to give Xbox1 with Kinnect and 2 games. The deal was for Rs.24000 and we were asked to pay Rs.12000 advance and he told us to pay the balance amount upon delivery. We have made online transfer of Rs.12000 yesterday to the account of Asiimwe Jessy, a/c no [protected], IFS code: SBHY0020844. Today morning one lady called and told us that she is at the hyd airport and she need to clear customs and asked me to transfer Rs. 15400 immediately to enable her to clear customs and deliver the product at our residence. She also promised that she would return the extra amount 3400 along with the item in my house. I did not agree to this and told her that she will get the balance amount only on receipt of the item at my residence. Alex also called me and I gave the same answer to him and asked him to return my 12000 if he is not ready to take the balance payment upon delivery. He outright rejected to pay back the amount. we did not get the item nor our money back. Please find attached the receipt of online transaction of Rs.12000 transferred to the account of Asiimwe Jessy whose information we got from Alex. Kindly help us to get back the money.

We have taken from quikr 120 ads clicks and n number of ad reg ids for mobile service and repairs worth rs. 25000 and also for seo process rs. 25000. from feb to till now we received customers only 2. Seo not in top of the page.. only end of the page...very very worst. cheaters.. Fake totally.. we are totally disspointed... Please don appraoch quikr... We lose our money... No profit... Please not this msg as seriously. If we call also no reponse...

one number is continuously giving me massage that he is getting SMS from quicker on the name of mine about job and that fellow is messaging all rubbish things to me that he is siddesh from ramo ke rangilese and he is threttening me that he will go to police and all ..I would request u to plz block my number from quickeri his no is [protected]

i had ordered the phone samsung grand on quikrx and they had put the price of 1590rs and after few days they changed the price to 7000 and they cancelled the order and they are telling me the price was incorrect...and they did not send me the phone...nor did they respond to my email they had confirmed my order and did not send me the phone for the price Order Confirmation #10020604 Thanks shahil b k, Your 'QuikrX' order has been placed. I refer to Ad ID[protected] where a BMW X1 is listed for Rs.6, 80, 000.00. I contacted the sellor and was informed to pay the ammount into the account specified. I transfered the ammount from my Bank of Maharashtra a/c. All details are available with me and I can mail you the corrispondence. I now realise that this is a CON job. I am - [protected]@kapengg.com - and can forward all mails recieved from the sellor. Pl. advice course of action and delete the add to avoid any other customer to suffer. Dear Sir, Ref : Ad ID:[protected] Category : Real Estate, Land - Plot For Sale I have upgraded my ad to premium on 09/06/2016. But in which "Posted By" column is showing as "Broker", it needs to be changed "Owner". I could not find this column when I am going to edit the Ad. I have never used quikr.com but someone with email address (allen.[protected]@gmail.com) updated Ad on quikr with my number on it. I reported that to quikr and received an sms stating that number is been removed but i am still receiving calls for same. So i googled my number and found it is still on quikr. Ad ID:[protected] I have uploaded proofs with this. My mobile number: [protected] I don't want to receive any call for this iPhone. Please get my number removed from quikr.
