Quikr — bad customer service. its been more than 10 days item got sold but still no response | |||
This is regarding ad id[protected]. I sold the product to buyer on 26thdec, 2019. After lot of calls to customer care, they picked up the sofa on 31dec, 2019. It's been a week since they picked the sofa but they haven't delivered it to the buyer. Today, i got to know from buyer that he received a call that center table is damaged. I am really frustrated, quikr doorstep customer care has no person sitting to address the claim. They call you back and assure that they will look into the issue but to no avail.
