[Resolved]  Quikr — cancel my order and refund my money back

I have purchased 1 product from quikr on date 29/10/2018 time 12:20 pm and my ad id is :[protected] i have also made full payment of this product. After that the seller call me and and say that he only sell all cpu of hp but i told him i want only 1 cpu so seller refused to me the sell cpu
Then i email quickr to cancel this but quickr not cancel my order and not refund my money. When ever i check my order on quickr it show pending and show we recive your payment track status but still now i have not got the product. I m calling the custmor care but they not recive my call. I have not yet recived any call. I am really not satisfied with service of quikr. Please cancel thi order and refund my money back.
