[Resolved] Quikr — cancelling the order/ no one responds | |||
Transaction id[protected] I have ordered mobile phone i paid money through quikr. I felt the seller is not trustworthy. So i wanted to cancel the order. But the pathetic experience. - there is no option for cancellation., - you cannot call customer care. They will only call back but i am waiting from complete 1 day no one calls. We don't have option for contacting any one. - even some how i managed to use chatbot from quikr.com. Still that guy dont do any thing. He told our customer care will contact you. - in portal there is no sign on order that user requests for cancellation. I think this is kind of fraud not allowing customers to cancel the order/ contact any one from quikr. I want the order to be cancelled and refund has to be initiated with confirmation.
