[Resolved] Quikr — cannot login as nri and non indian phone numbers cannot receive otp nor email. | |||
As nri i was sold a premium package and i paid rs 10, 000 for 4 adverts of my plot and one villa for sale. So far i have failed to log in as the system does not send out otp to my email nor accept non indian mobile numbers within their registration. Sales said they can allow nri to register and operate their accounts but cannot deliver when tried. I sent my property details to their techie. Its now over 2 weeks and finally one of them has just managed to put small part of one property for sale out of 4 that i had sent their techie to put up on quikrhomes. Very poor performance and very poor customer service. Asking for refund means talk with manager who is always in meeting and cannot come to phone. Was this information helpful? | |||
