[Resolved] Quikr — cheating done by them

I paid for their business listing service 4100/-. Thier employee name mehboob khan promised me that i will recieve leads of clients but till now i have not recieved any leads and the employee has blocked my number and not responding through other numbers also. They are just cheaters as they are doing such frauds with many customers. I want that a serious action to be taken anf need my money refund.. Transaction screenshot dated 23.8.2018 amount 4100 is attached
