As I buy I phone 5s from quikr Ad I'd[protected] rs 4999/-. I asked the seller having any proof bill or warranty card but he have nothing I hear the it's a stolen phone, I cancel my order and initize the refund request the mailed me with in 4 to 7 working days but still I can't get the refund when I call the customer care executive they also not giving proper explanation, I need the money as soon as possible, your customer service is worst service if I can't get refund I need file a complaint in court I have all the the proof the voice call Everything I wait for 48 hrs .i need a answer from you side...
