[Resolved] Quikr — Cheating the customer & worst service | |||||
I have used the Quikr Doorstep delivery for selling one of my product. Buyer has made a payment & Quikr Delivery team picked up and deliver to the Buyer. It's has been more than 5 days, the payment has not made to my account. Following up with customer care, you will only get one update that there logistics team needs to update in the system and then only the payment can be released. However there is no action. I feel like cheated. On Mail I gets a reply that It is waiting for pickup reschedule from my house. Quikr has stolen my money. Worst services. They start with a concept but dont maintain the service. On asking them to follow up with Buyer and get the confirmation, Instead I gets a reply the I have to call up to Buyer and ask buyer to call quikr. Ad Id[protected] There should be strong action taken against these companies. This is just making customer loosing trust from online transaction where other end we want to digitized.
