[Resolved] Quikr.com — Delay in delivery of product which i bought on quikr | |||||
I have bought a bed on quikr.com on 6th june 2016 and the payment have been done on the same day but till now i have not received any call from quikr for the delivery. Ad id :[protected] My complaint is: 1. If they are taking money on the day of booking then why they are scheduling the delivery. 2. When i call them, they just say that it will be schedule in next 24 hrs. I do not understand even after 48 hrs, i have not received any call from quikr. I would request you to take strict action against quikr because they are using public money inappropriately. They should pay the interest for the number to days delay in delivery. I have called your customer care for more than 10 times in last 3 days to schedule my delivery. Every time your customer care person says that you will get a call after 5 minutes from our logistic team but i have not got any call from them.
It is very frustrating and disheartening to see lack of professionalism with your customer care person. This was not expected from quikr. Your Customer Care person does not keep record of complaint and because of which i have to explain my problem again and again.
Please request you to help me to get the delivery by tomorrow (11-June-2016).
