Quikr — Complaint about not received the product it been more then 10 days

I have made a purchase of above Apex 3-Door Wardrobe on 5th Feb 2021, but still it has not delivered nor i am having any update by when it will reach us. I got a call from this no. [protected], he said this product will be delivered to us by 10 feb 2021, neither the product got delivered nor this person is answering the call.
please let me know what should i do.
